Return & Exchange Policy

Whereas we hope you never need to make a return or exchange, here at Southern Shores Coffee we get that sometimes these policies are just necessary.

Coffee:
We do not offer returns or exchanges on our coffee as all of our coffee is roasted to order for peak fresh enjoyment!

Apparel/Gear:
Apparel and unopened gear may be returned for Credit or exchanged within 30 days of purchase as long as the items are still in the sealed, original packaging. Our shipping address is: 229 East 20th ave Suite 13 Gulf Shores, AL 36542

Disclaimers:

All quality issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery*.

**Please respond to your order confirmation email upon reception. If the wrong shipping address or item was input at checkout, this is the only time you will be able to make changes to your order.

***Shipping costs for all returns and exchanges will fall on the consumer and are not eligible for a refund.
